Compass Rose envisions a world where all women embrace their internal power to maximize their contributions to themselves, their community and the world. We aspire to give every young woman the tools she needs to find her own true North. We believe these young women do not need to be empowered from an outside source. We guide each young woman to INpower herself from the inside out.
